Sean has been very professional and personable throughout the set-up process with his company. Our collections rate with his company has far surpassed the other company that I was using. I feel that his company is more diligent with the collections process and thus, more successful in recouping funds. I have also found that the professionalism of his company has prevented those people who are placed in collections from developing a negative view of my practice. Many have returned to my practice once their debt has been settled.

I just want to thank you for continuing to provide good service for us in collecting outstanding balances.  You guys have proven the necessity our office needed to collect these funds that were dormant for so long as well as our new overdue balances.

As we mentioned originally, the partners never wanted to consider a collection agency in the past, but after meeting with you and especially after the positive results, they are extremely happy.  If only we started this sooner… Some of their fears of upset patients/parents or harassing calls has been diminished with your professional service and communications.   They also feared the cost, but it’s been a win – win situation as you continue to bring in revenues for us.
